He is survived by Nancy Stolcis; children Bill Jr. (Connie) Stolcis, Chris Stolcis, Cheryl (Troy) LaBrum and Scott (Angela) Stolcis; grandchildren Travis (Rachelle) and Lucas Stolcis, Tony (Candace) and Nathan LaBrum, Andrew, Austin and Alina Stolcis; great-grandchilden Sophia, Brielle and Genevieve Stolcis, and Barrett LaBrum; and niece Linda Jo Campagnaro Duffy.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Nicholas and Josephine Stolcis; sisters Elda Perkins and Ida Campagnaro; and brother-in-law Aldo Campagnaro.
He was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church of Lynden.
