Robert “Bob” Raplee passed away in his Lynden home on Sunday, Sept. 3, 2023. The graveside service will be Saturday, Sept. 23 at 12 p.m. noon at Lakeside Cemetery, Lynden. All are welcome. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Gillies Funeral Home and Cremation Services.
