Richard ‘Joe’ Osborn

  Richard “Joe” Garrett Osborn, born on Aug. 4, 1933, passed away on Feb. 28, 2016, from cancer.
  He is survived by his life partner, Terry Davis; his children John, Garrett, Cord and Athena “Sam” Osborn; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
  He was preceded in death by his wife, Jenny Osborn; and children Richard and Lucinda Osborn.
  Family and friends are invited to a time of remembrance at Hopewell Grange, 3441 Hopewell Rd., Everson, on March 19, 2016, from 11:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Remembrance starts at 2 p.m.
