Randal Roorda, 63, passed away on Sept. 12, 2023 in Reno, NV. Born in Bellingham to Arlene (Schouten) and Ted Roorda. Randal was a great drummer while marching to the beat of a different drum. He worked in the crab fishing industry in Alaska for many years, also as a carpenter, farm hand, and certified SCUBA diver, loved sailing, and motorcycles.
He was preceded in death by his father Ted Roorda in 2014. Survived by mother Arlene Johnson of California, sisters Barbie Floberg (Rob) and Cindy Haney (Jeff) of Puyallup and brother Russ Klatt of Seattle, several nieces and nephews and many cousins.
Celebration of life at the Double Kay Ranch, 18120 80th Street N.W. in Vaughn, Washington at 2 p.m. on Oct. 21.
