Polly Jo Moore

  Polly Jo Moore, age 55, passed away on Wednesday, March 30, 2016, in her home surrounded by her family and loved ones.
  Polly Jo Moore was born in Chicago. She and her husband Ray made their home in Lynden in 1983 where they raised their two daughters. Polly will be remembered as “the Lady with a smile” while loving working at the Lynden Post Office.
  Polly is survived by her loving husband, Ray; as well as her two daughters and their spouses: Tanya (Rick) Rouse and Trina (Jake) Nelson; and her two grandchildren Tucker and Tuf Nelson.
  Her parents, Dana and Ione Moen, preceded her in death.
  A memorial service will be held for her on Wednesday, April 6, at 1 p.m. in North County Christ the King Church, 1835 Liberty St., Lynden.
  A memorial fund has been set up at Peoples Bank in Lynden under “Moore Family Benefit Account.”
