WHEREAS, on October 2, 2014, Plaintiff obtained judgment form this Court authorizing Plaintiff to foreclose its lien against defendants, James L. Sarros and Jane Doe Sarros, husband and wife, and the marital community thereof; and The Heirs at Law of James L. Sarros, deceased, and for judgment against said Defendants in the principal amount of $4,196.00, prejudgment interest of $426.12 and for costs and attorney’s fees totaling $4,104.12. The judgment accrues interes ton the principal and prejudgment interest, costs and attorney’s fees at the rate of 12% per annum; and
WHEREAS, the judgment is a foreclosure against said Defendants of a lien on improved real property located at 910 Gladstone Street, Unit 108, Bellingham, Whatcom County, Washington, described as follows:
