Judy Ann Hamilton, age 74, of Lynden, passed away on June 5, 2018. She was born on Sept. 28, 1943 in Concrete, Washington.
Judy attended Mount Baker High School, a member of the class of 1961. She had many hobbies including sewing, crocheting, wreath-making, painting and, most recently, flower arranging and bird houses. Judy had a wonderful sense of humor and she loved to laugh. She made up her own words and even had her own dictionary.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Dave Hamilton; parents Verness and Fred Rohde; brothers Floyd and Walt and sister Dee.
Judy is survived by her sister Katie “Kay” (Dave) Porter of Ferndale; daughter Kendy (Bill) Stoebe of Ferndale; granddaughters Karla (Travis) Marsh of Arlington and Melissa (Ben) Miller of Ferndale; great-grandchildren Hannah, Haley and James.
A celebration of Judy’s life will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 7, in Cornerstone Church, 5732 Olson Rd., Ferndale.
