Jerry Lee Janeway, age 74, of Blaine, went to be with the Lord on May 6, 2015, after a short battle with a glioblastoma brain tumor. He was born July 15, 1940, in Los Angeles, California.
Jerry is survived by his wife of 24 years, Meva; sons Patrick (Shelly) of Corpus Christie, Texas, and Travis of Bellingham; daughters Melissa (Michael) Elkins and Kelli Lootens (Chris Scrimsher) of Bellingham; sisters Ginger Davi of California and Trisha (Phil) Armstrong of Oregon; stepfather Virgil Coragliotti of Oregon; brothers-in-law Thornton Skinner Jr. and Les Sturgeon of Everson; six grandchildren and numerous other relatives.
The family invites those who knew Jerry to a Celebration of Life gathering on June 7, 2015, from 2 to 4 p.m. in the Syre Building at Whatcom Community College.
