James W. Collier, age 90, was born on Aug. 8, 1925, in Fort Worth, Texas, and died on Friday, Sept. 11, 2015, at Whatcom Hospice House.
There will be no services at his request.
Arrangements are by Whatcom Cremation & Funeral.
