Gas prices down heading into holiday

  SEATTLE — Washington gas prices fell 4.5 cents per gallon in the week ended Sunday, Nov. 24, to an average of $3.28, according to GasBuddy’s daily survey of 2,666 stations.   Prices in Washington were 12.2 cents per gallon lower than a month earlier, but only 0.5 cents per gallon lower than a year ago.   According…
