On Jan. 13, 2024, the angels guided Frederick “Fred” J. Dorffeld to heaven to be with his parents. He passed away at his home. Fred was born on May 13, 1941. There will be a celebration of life Saturday, May 11 starting at 11 a.m. at the Hetterly Pavilion in Berthusen Park at 8837 Berthusen Road, Lynden.
Frederick is survived by his brother John R. Dorffeld, wife Dolores of Olympia. Niece Danielle, husband Shawn, great-nephew Jack, great-niece Bridget Timbrook. Nephew John W, wife Jennifier, great nephew Colton, great-nephew Hudson Dorffeld.
