Francisco “Pancho” Valencia was born April 13, 1948 and passed away on June 30, 2018.
A memorial service will be held at 5 p.m. Thursday, July 12, at Pancho’s daughter’s place, 2530 Michael Rd., Bellingham, on the Lummi Reservation.
Pancho was a lifetime resident of Whatcom County. He worked for Lynden Ready Mix and Aggregate West.
He is survived by his two children, Chico and Cecilia, and extended family in Mexico, where his ashes will be sent for burial.
