Beverly Joyce Koekkoek, age 88, of Zillah, Washington, passed away on Aug. 10, 2017 in Sunnyside. She was born May 3, 1929 in Lynden to Theodore and Hattie TeSelle.
Beverly attended Lynden Christian School and was a homemaker most of her life. She enjoyed gardening, knitting, crocheting and bird watching. She was a member of “Birds of a Feather” and the Zillah Garden Club.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Fred Koekkoek.
She is survived by her sons Ralph (Ann) VanWinkle of Lynnwood, Roy (Ramona) of Stanwood and Glen VanWinkle of Camano Island; daughter Barbara (Jim) Halverson of Stanwood; brothers Vernon TeSelle and Norman (Esther) TeSelle; sister Maxine (Larry) Greidanus; eight grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
