Beverly June Gorzeman Timmer, of Bellingham passed away Monday afternoon, Aug. 28, 2023 after a long and courageous life. She was 95 years young.
Forever providing love and care for those closest to her, Beverly will be fondly remembered by her large tight-knit family.
Beverly was a mommy, a grandma, and a great grandma and will be deeply missed by those who called her such. Always charitable, kind, considerate, and caring of all who crossed her path, the matriarch of her family led by example and loved without measure.
Beverly, who loved and treated animals with the gentle care of mother nature herself, especially enjoyed feeding and watching the many birds who frequented her front porch. Her great grandchildren will miss playing cards and watching the birds with their GG.
Beverly’s passion to learn made her a fervent lifetime reader. Those who knew her best will miss her selective use of the Dutch language, uncontrollable belly laughs, as well as her appreciation for late-night vanilla ice cream.
Beverly’s faith, hope, and love are things we will always treasure. Thanks for running the good race while enriching our lives.
Beverly is survived by her loving children, Alma Bennett, Albert Timmer, Bonnie Timmer, and Lynette Godt, as well as her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In her memory please donate to ASPCA, WWF, Nature Conservatory, Wounded Warriors, or the Audubon Society.
Beverly will be buried at Monumenta Cemetery at 11 a.m. Dec. 15.
Memorial gathering from 1-5 p.m. Dec. 15 at Roeder Home.
