A. F. Goodwin Jr., known as Al or Jack to his friends, passed away Dec. 21, 2021. He was born in Yakima, May 23, 1936, and later lived in Custer for many years.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1958 until 1961.
After returning from the Army, he attended WWU and graduated with three degrees. He worked for Intalco in the laboratory until his retirement after 25 years.
He was predeceased by two wives, Sylvia and Luella.
He is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed by family and friends for his sense of humor and kindness.
