Fred H. Dow, born Aug. 11, 1933, passed away peacefully of heart failure at home in Lacey on Jan. 12.
Fred lived most of his adult life in Ferndale and worked for Intalco until his retirement. He was also a volunteer firefighter for Ferndale for 30 years, he was also an Army veteran.
Him and Edeltraut lived a long happy life. Edeltraut preceded him in death in 2018.
He is survived by his two children and grandchildren.
