LYNDEN — On a unanimous vote, the Lynden School Board approved an Interdistrict Cooperative Agreement that is the first step toward a career and technical education center for Whatcom County’s schools.
Clifford “Cliff” Moran, a lifelong resident of Whatcom County, was born in Bellingham on March 30, 1928. He resided in Bellingham for 94 years, with the last two years in Lynden at Meadow Greens, passing away Dec. 5, 2024 at the age 96.
